6th AD Endorses Hilary Crosby for CaDem Controller
2/4: At tonight's organizing meeting, Hilary Crosby's candidacy was endorsed by acclimation. Here's a little local back ground. Please add your own observations.
A few Friday's back, Jay & Mayme Hubert, Ralph & Lucinda Miller hosted a houseparty for Hilary "Let the Sun Shine In" Crosby, the progressive candidate for state party Controller. A professional CPA (which would be a welcome change in this role) Hilary is all about transparency and adopting a budget that aligns our dollars with our values.
Hilary is traveling up and down the state, on her own nickel, talking with Dem activists, learning what support they need to elect more Dems and promote progressive legislation. Many have *never* seen a candidate for state party office in their own county. From the way she talks about her travels, it's a labor of love: service leadership in action.
